Privacy Policy — Mima

Mima ("the App", "we", "us") is a field-service management application for technicians. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Phone number — used to authenticate your account via an SMS one-time password (OTP), processed by Google Firebase Authentication.
• Job & inventory data — information you enter in the App (customer name, address, phone, job notes, inventory items) to provide the service.
• Device & integrity data — to protect the App from abuse we use Firebase App Check, which may collect device identifiers and integrity tokens.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To provide field-service features (jobs, scheduling, inventory).
• To protect the App against fraud and abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and App Check) as a data processor. Their processing of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate the App (Google Firebase) or where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional/business use and is not directed to children under 13.
